It was discovered that our brain has a Bug. Here is a small exercise of mental calculation! This calculation must be se.mentalmente (and quickly), without using calculator or paper and pen! Be honest ... do mental calculations ... You have 1000, it adds 40. Further in 1000. Further 30 and again in 1000. Adds 20. 1000 and adds 10. What is the total? (answer below) Your result is 5000? The right answer and 4100! If you do not believe, check with the calculator. What happens is that the decimal sequence confuses our brain, which naturally jump to the higher decimal (hundreds instead of tens).
